Working in both monochrome and full colour, Johan captures images that are notable for their originality of composition and use of focus.
His goal is to create timeless artwork that encourages the viewer to consider the subject in a new light — to see beyond the obvious and discover the extraordinary in the familiar.
Though his work includes everything from travel photography to portraiture, it is for his fine art work of collection cars that he is best known. Each shot brings to life the curves and creases of our favourite machines — transforming the mechanical into the poetic.
His photographic based art works, which are presented in limited editions on high-end materials, have been exhibited around Europe and are collected by enthusiasts around the world.
Johan also works for private owners, collectors and companies on commission — creating bespoke pieces that combine technical excellence with artistic vision.
